Nature of request
Bohun shows that Edward II granted to his father the castle of Builth, and he died seised of the same in his demesne as of his fee and these were seized into the hand of the king. Bohun requests livery of the castle as his inheritance.
Nature of endorsement
Because the heir of the earl of March who was tenant of the manor at his death is within age and in the custody of the prince of Wales, he should sue to him.
