Blaket shows that he was imprisoned for four years concerning the quarrel of the earl of Lancaster, and his lands seized into the hand of the king for five years. After the queen came to England, those who held those lands were to answer for the issues at the will of the king without taking anything. After the parliament began there came Robert de Trillalee who was with Despenser, a traitor, and Well with three hundred armed men and knocked down the gates to the manor of Cornwell which is Blaket's and took away corn, hay, beasts and other goods to Blaket's damage to 300 marks against the protection of the queen. Blaket requests that the king ordain a remedy upon this grievous destruction.
