Nature of request
Bracebrugge states the Rosels hold certain tenements of his for Margaret Rosel's life in Bracebridge. The Rosel's have made waste and destruction in the tenements. Bracebrugge brought his writ against them, and an inquest was summoned and the sheriff by an agreement between him and the Rosels held the inquisition into the waste in Bracebrugge's absence when he should have been warned by law, and the jury was of people of their affinity, and found that there was no waste. Damages were awarded against Bracebrugge. Bracebrugge requests remedy.
