Agatha Bray shows that she sued a writ of trespass against Bletsoe before the justices in eyre in Bedfordshire, and he was attached by a capias at her suit and given into the keeping of the sheriff, who released him without process of law and order of the justices, so that she is unable to have remedy or recovery of her suit or of the trespass. She requests remedy.
