- Berners states that Flambard has impleaded her in the Bench for a debt of £60 for a deed made in the 24th year of the late king. This deed was seen to be suspicious but Flambard has attached her twice and troubles her so she requests remedy as she is elderly and of no power.

- Let it be ordered to the steward and marshal that if it be just as it is suggested in the petition that then they should supersede the plea held before them, but that the petitioner should sue before the justices of the Bench just as according to law and custom is to be done.
