1) John Fitz Bernard shows that he is bound to several Jews. He has paid some of the sums owing, and requests the grace of the king, and that he be allowed the sums that he has paid, and that he be able to pay the moiety of the value of the valuation of all his lands a year so that the arrears be paid.2) Further Fitz Bernard shows that he sold lands to Humphrey le Cael on condition that he acquit him of the Jews. However he has done nothing and holds the land. Fitz Bernard requests that he have a remedy for the fraud that Cael has done.
