Walter le Bedel of East Ham and Agnes his wife, tenants of the Abbot of Bury St Edmunds, request a remedy from the King's council, in default of justice from the Abbot, against Walter le Mortyfas and William his brother, farmers of the Abbot, who entered their land, broke their hedges, and despoiled their land and livestock, as they are prepared to aver.

He is to sue a writ of Chancery if he wishes.He has a writ of trespass before the king.
