Richard Beauchamp of Bergavenny and Isabel his wife, sister and heir of Richard, son of Thomas, late Lord Despenser, request that all Thomas' possessions in England or Wales, which have been granted to Edward Duke of York for term of life, because of Thomas's forfeiture, might remain to them and to the heirs male of their bodies, and in default of such heirs, to the heirs male of Isabel's body, and that they might have in the aforesaid manner all other possessions which she might inherit, notwithstanding the forfeiture of Thomas, Lord Despenser.
