Robert de Bayouse states that when James Beuflour sued an oyer et terminer against him before Henry Spigurnel and his companions, he named one John de Suavisethe, his page (garzoun) in the writ, in order to have him accuse Robert. He requests a remedy against such oyers and terminers, which were previously forbidden.

CPR 1317-21 pp.535-6 is dated at Westminster, 11 July 1320. The earlier commission that it replaces (CPR 1317-21 p. 485) is dated at Reading, 18 May 1320. The release in CCR 1318-23 p.336 is dated at London, the Wednesday before the Purification, 14 Edward II (1321). The petition must lie between these dates.
