- Philip de Barri, who has served the king in Scotland and all over Ireland, makes two requests:1) He asks to be released from the 20 marks which remain of a ransom asked for him, the rest of which he has paid.2) He requests the wardenship of Chester castle, for the fee which others have had previously.

- Coram rege.The king has pardoned those 20 marks which are in arrears.With regard to the castle he is to go to the Justiciar.
