John de Balybyn requests the king's grace of the bailiwick of the chief serjeanty of Offaly, which he has of the bailiwick of the Justiciar of Ireland at the king's command at his pleasure, and asks him to grant it to him for term of life or for term of ten or twelve years.

It is to be granted to him at the king's pleasure by letters until the great seal.
