Philip Arfos states that he was seised of the manor of Prideaux until he was disseised by the former justice Robert Tresilyan, and that he afterwards entered it before Robert was convicted of treason, but that, despite this, the king's officers seized it into his hand as forfeit. He asks the king to order his Chancellor to return the manor to him.
