Loretta de Adelingflet complains that when she had recovered damages of 20 marks at common law against John de Waltham, for coming to her house and beating, wounding and ill-treating her, he, with the power of the king, Hugh le Despenser and Robert de Baldok, menaced one Stephen de Malton into making an acquittance of this sum. She requests a remedy.
