Richard de Abyndon complains that although, through an agreement she made with Thomas de Clare, Lady Emmeline Lungespee has the right to present to the church of Youghal, and had presented him, Richard de Clare, formerly parson of Youghal, now a knight, arranged with the king for the presentation of master Richard de Clare. Richard de Abyndon asks the king to allow him to be presented, and the lady her right to present.
