Henry Wentworth, the son of Philip Wentworth, knight, who was attainted of treason in the parliament held at Westminster in November in the first year of Edward IV's reign, asks that he and his heirs might be enabled to inherit as heirs of Philip, by authority of the present parliament, and to plead and sue all manner of actions, as if Philip's attainder or forfeiture had not been; stating that at the time of the forfeiture, Philip had no lands, tenements or possessions that could come to the king.
