The exception requested by this petition was clearly granted, as it is transcribed on the roll of the parliament initially summoned at Westminster in April 1463 and prorogued several times, lasting until January 1465 (Rot. Parl. vol. V, p.541a-b). As Rot. Parl. vol. V, p.514b makes clear, the act of resumption to which this petition requests an exception was granted at the last session of this parliament.CPR 1461-7 p.45, the original grant to the petitioner, is dated at Westminster, 12 August 1461.
