1) Wentworth states that following the death of Fastolf of Broke Hall that he defended the rights of the king in the lands, and bought the marriage of the heir for himself.2) Letters patent to Paston and Howes.3) Accord between the treasurer and Paston and Howes;Now it seems that Paston and Howes have the marriage and custody of all the lands by letters patent for a considerably smaller sum than Wentworth paid, which they agreed with the treasurer. The treasurer denies that he made the accord, so Wentworth requests that the accord be annulled.
