- Yong states that he was lately one of the knights of the shire and town of Bristol, and was arrested and imprisoned in the Tower of London for sinister reports of matters that he showed in the House which came to the king's attention. He has been imprisoned for a long time and suffered physical and financial loss and requests that he be recompensed for the losses, costs, damages and imprisonment.
