1) Asteley states that she has received several grants on the surrender of earlier letters patent, and receives 50 marks from the sheriffs of Warwickshire and Leicestershire from the revenues of those counties. She requests provision be made for her in the act of resumption in the manner and form of the draft.2) Clause for inclusion in the act of resumption, that the act is not prejudicial to the grant made to Asteley.
Nature of endorsement
The king by the advice of the lords spiritual and temporal for the considerations contained in the bill, and also because she is so stricken with age agrees that she have 40 marks, and the remaining 10 marks be resumed.
