- 1) Durafort states that he has been put out of his lands by the king's enemies following the fall of Bordeaux because he remained in the king's allegiance. He was grant £100 a year until he was restored to his lands or otherwise recompensed. He requests provision be made for him in the act of resumption in the manner and form of the draft.2) Clause for inclusion in the act of resumption, that the act is not prejudicial to the grant made to Durafort.
