- 1) Stanley states that he received a grant of the office of sheriff of Anglesey with the wages and fees of the same, and the wages of the garrison of Caernarfon for the long service that he did Henry V in France and in the Household, and to Henry VI. He requests provision be made for him in the act of resumption in the manner and form of the draft.2) Clause for inclusion in the act of resumption, that the act is not prejudicial to the grant made to Stanley.

- The king by the advice of the lords spiritual and temporal agrees the provision for the office of sheriff, and as to the remainder it is provided for by another exception.
