Nature of request
1) Beaufitz states that for the repayment of great sums that he has spent for wine for the Household, the king granted to him that he should receive the customs and subsidies in various ports, and a licence to export wool, for which sums he has not received the great pert yet. He requests provision be made for him in the act of resumption in the manner and form of the draft.2) Clause for inclusion in the act of resumption, that the act is not prejudicial to the grants made to Beaufitz.
