Nature of request
1) Peycok states that his father received a grant of an annuity for the term of his life from Richard II for his service, which he surrendered so that it could be granted to the petitioner for the term of his life. He has no other grant of the king and requests provision be made for him in the act of resumption in the manner and form of the draft.2) Clause for inclusion in the act of resumption, that the act is not prejudicial to the grant made to Peycok.

The king by the advice of the lords spiritual and temporal agrees the provision as it is desired.
