1) Eryngton states that for his long service to the king's in his wars in his realm of France whereby he suffered great loss in the loss of Normandy, and he has nothing of the grant of the king except the things contained in the schedule. He requests provision be made for him in the act of resumption in the manner and form of the draft.2) Clause for inclusion in the act of resumption, that the act is not prejudicial to the grant of various lands in Northumberland forfeited by Thomas Soules, by the death of John Felton to Eryngton, and by the forfeiture of John Balliol.
