- 1) Faceby requests that provision be made for him in the act of resumption in the manner and form of the draft. 2) Clause for inclusion in the act of resumption, that the act is not prejudicial to the grant made to Faceby of a £100 annuity for the term of his life to be drawn from the revenues of various manners specified in the letters patent for the same.
- Nature of endorsement
- The king by the advice of the lords spiritual and temporal agrees the provision for Faceby's life, and the grant made to his wife in reversion be resumed.
