Nature of request
1) Lowe requests that for his long service by which he has been rewarded by the king, that he be provided for in the act of resumption in the manner and form of the draft.2) Clause for inclusion in the act of resumption, that the act is not prejudicial to the grants made to Lowe of an annuity for life to be paid by the receiver general of the duchy of Lancaster, and of an annuity for life which the abbot and convent of Dieulacres pay to the Exchequer of Chester for Rudheath.
Nature of endorsement
The king by the advice of the lords spiritual and temporal agrees that Lowe be provided for in the 17 marks, and the remainder be resumed.
