Nature of request
1) The petitioners request that for their long service and the great costs they have incurred riding at the king's command, and since they have nothing else to live on, that they be provided for in the act of resumption in the manner and form of the draft.2) Clause for inclusion in the act of resumption, that the act is not prejudicial to the grant made to Neel of a sum of money which le Scrope owes annually, the yield of the residue of the manors of Bowden and Market Harborough for 8 years.

As to Neel it is agreed; and as to Laweshull it is agreed that it is resumed to the king awhile.
