1) Banham requests that two grants made to him, one of a sum to be received from the subsidy and alnage from the sale of clothes in Northamptonshire and Rutland, and the other to be received from the abbot of Evesham for the sum he pays to the Exchequer for view of Frankpledge and other rents of assize in his manors in Gloucestershire be provided for in the act of resumption in the manner and form of the draft, as he has nothing to live on as he has gone blind.2) Clause for inclusion in the act of resumption, that the act is not prejudicial to the grants by letters patent made to Banham.
