Nature of request
1) Barton requests that for his long service he be provided for in the act of resumption in the manner and form of the draft.2) Clause for inclusion in the act of resumption, that the act is not prejudicial to the grant made to Barton of the keeping of the new park of Sheen with the wages drawn from the lordship of Ham with a meadow by Chertsey bridge for feeding the deer in the park. It is not to be prejudicial to a further grant from the issues of the lordships of Ham and Petersham in Surrey for repair of the pale and hedges of the park
