1) Hull states that she had a gift from Henry V of an annuity of 50 marks for life to be received from the abbot and convent of St Albans. She surrendered it for a new grant of the same annuity for the lives of her and her and her son, but as this is in danger of being resumed she requests a proviso in the act of resumption.2) Clause for inclusion in the act of resumption, that the act is not prejudicial to any grant by letters patent made to the Hulls.
Nature of endorsement
The king by the advice of the lords spiritual and temporal and for the considerations contained in the bill agrees the provision as it is desired.
