Copy of letters patent of Henry VI granting an annuity of 100 marks for life to be taken from the farm of the castle and cantref of Builth in return for his surrender for cancellation of earlier letters patent of the king and his father concerning another annuity of 100 marks to be taken at the Exchequer.

Enrolled in the memoranda of the Exchequer amongst the records of Michaelmas term, 19 Hen. VI, Roll Six of the remembrancer of the king.
