It is requested that the Chancellor bring process against any subjects of the king committing offences at sea, and to make restitution to the aggrieved parties as seems to him most expedient.The act is to take effect on 1 May 1454.
Nature of endorsement
The king wishes it.
Note
Dated to 1453 by the heading in Rot. Parl. vol. V, p.227 which makes this from the parliaments of 31-2 Hen. VI.
