Nature of request
John Nayler of London states that he had suffered attainder by an act passed at the Parliament held on 4 November in the first year of the reign (1461), forfeiting all lands and possessions held as of 4 March of that year (the date of Edward IV's accession). Nayler asks that this act be void, and that he be restored to his possessions as held on that date.
