- The petitioners ask that the mayor or warden of London may be conservator of statutes made concerning the passage of boats on the Rivers Thames and Medway within the liberty of the city, with powers as justices of the peace have in other counties, amendments to a statute of 17 Richard II to conserve fish stocks not having been applied to London.
