Nature of request
That corn may be taken by water from one town or shire to another, a statute preventing the export of wheat and barley if the price of a quarter exceeds 6s 8d or 3s respectively having been extended to cover movement of corn by water within the realm.
Nature of endorsement
The king will consider.
Note
Said in Rot. Parl. V, p.23, to be one of the common petitions in the parliament which met on 12 November 1439.
