- A dispute between the dean and chapter of Lincoln cathedral has been settled by the bishop's arbitration and judgement; if either party or any individual member of the chapter breaches its terms £20 is to be paid for the repair of the church. It is petitioned that it might be ordained by authority of parliament that the bishop of Lincoln may recover any penalties of £20 by writ of debt.
