- The petition is dated to 1433 by the heading in Rot. Parl. that make this a petition of the parliament held at Westminster on 8 July 1433 (11 Hen. VI) (Rot. Parl. IV, p.419). This is confirmed by the letters of denization issued on the same day (CPR 1429-36, p.288).
