Nature of request
Corbet states that he was born in Venice, but many times was beaten and wounded on the high seas in the service of Henry V, and of the present king. He requests that he be granted that he be denizen and he and his heirs be treated in all things as true lieges. He will pay the customs and other things coming due to the king.

Let it be as it is desired by this petition for a reasonable fine to be made in Chancery.
