Hansforth states that he was born in Prussia, and requests that he be granted that he and his heirs be denizens and be treated in all things as true and loyal lieges. He will do homage and contribute to taxes, tallages, customs, subsidies and other obligations as other lieges do.

Let it be as it is desired, except that the petitioner pay customs and subsidies and other things coming due to the king as a foreigner.
