Nature of request
The sergeants and other officers of the king's household who were lately officers of Henry V's household state that the late king as he lay ill in France declared that it was his will that the petitioners were to be pardoned and released by his letters patent of all manner of debts, impeachments, demands, accounts, arrears of accounts and prests which he has against them, but he died before this could be performed.
Nature of endorsement
Let several charters of pardon be made under the great seal of the king for the persons contained in the schedule appended to the petition both for those who are living, and the heirs and executors of those who are dead in the form of another schedule attached to the petition.

Note
Dated to 1427 by the heading in Rot. Parl. IV, p.309 where it is noted that the petition comes from the parliament held at Westminster in the quindene of St. Michael, 6 Hen. VI (October 1427). This is confirmed by draft letters patent for 6 Hen. VI (C 49/17/10).
