Thomas requests that with the assent of the lords spiritual and temporal in parliament grant to him in accordance with a schedule attached to the petition livery of the estates that were his brother's, which by his brother's death, and his minority were taken into the hands of Henry V.
Nature of endorsement
It is considered that the service most recently done by Thomas to the king in his realm of France is good and acceptable, and that Thomas Rempton, knight, who raised Thomas de Roos from the font on the last day of October, 8 Hen. IV, was drowned at London Bridge just as appears by the inquisition upon the view of the body of Rempton exhibited in parliament by Thomas de Roos, by which it very well appears that Thomas de Roos is aged 21 years and more by which it was ordered that letters patent were made under the great seal of the king according the tenor of the schedule.

Dated to 1427 by the heading in Rot. Parl. IV, p.309 where it is noted that the petition comes from the parliament held at Westminster in the quindene of St. Michael, 6 Hen. VI (October 1427). The grant for Roos to have a writ to prove his age was enrolled on 13 October 1427 providing further confirmation of the date (CPR 1422-9, pp.450-1).
