Rustin Villenove, John Nevyll (Neville) and Henry Nevylle (Neville) request payment or an assignment for the sums due to them from when they were guarding Carmarthen castle, for which they had an assignment from the subsidy of Somerset, granted to the king at the parliament in the fifth year of his reign, and of which they have received nothing.

Note
Dated on the guard to '? 1406 or possibly 1404' with reference to the parliament in 5 Henry IV (January 1404). It is possible that this complaint was made to the parliament of October 1404, but it is more likely to be from that of March 1406, like the surrounding petitions. CPR 1405-8 p.426 is dated at Westminster, 3 March 1408, and CPR 1405-8 p.432 is dated at Westminster, 8 March 1408.
