Note
SC 8/21/1048 is enrolled on the roll of the parliament held at Westminster at the Quinzaine of St Hilary, 17 Richard II (1394) (Rot. Parl. vol. III, pp.314b-315a). This petition seems to be from about the same stage in the proceedings - indeed, it seems to be an alternative version, blaming a particular named judge.
