John Shepeye, prebendary of Nassington in Lincoln Cathedral, requests that the record and process of a plea between him and Henry, Prior of Huntingdon, which contains errors, and through which he has lost an annuity which was part of his prebend, be brought before the king in the present parliament, and the errors corrected; and that the prior be instructed to appear in parliament to hear the errors; and that justice further be done to the parties.
