Thomas Eseger states that Thomas de Whitfield, Richard Warin, John de Wilton and others whom he does not know, expelled him with force and arms from a messuage and a carucate of land in Donnington, carried off his goods and chattels to the value of £60 and are still seised of the lands, causing him damages of £200 and more, although he was under the protection of the queen and the king her son while they were at Hereford. He requests a remedy.
