- Robert de Wendovere states that he was sent from York to London by Hugh Daudele to pursue his lawful suit, one Henry de Sewelle, an adherent of Robert de Baldock, attached him and held him in prison for ten weeks, to prevent him attending to his lord's business. He requests a writ to attach Henry as an adherent of Robert de Baldock.
