Copy of letters patent, mentioned in SC 8/17/806, from John de Thornhegge and William le Povere, collectors of the customs in Lynn, attesting to the receipt of 6 li. 5 s. 2 d. on wools shipped overseas by Wynald de Hamere, merchant, in the ship of William Capinessone, in aid of the Scottish war, at a rate of one mark per sack of wool above the old custom of half a mark.
