Robert de Colevill of Arncliffe states that several unknown malefactors broke into his park at Ingleby Arncliffe with force and arms, hunted and carried off his fallow deer, bucks and does, and have restored nothing to him. He requests a writ of oyer et terminer to hear and determine this trespass, and names the justices he wants to be appointed, who are justices of trailbaston in Yorkshire.
