Nature of request
Seint Alban states that Aune by colour of his office took malt and livestock from him and has detained them from him, and he cannot have delivery of them by any suit. While he was suing for the deliverance of the livestock, Aune maliciously indicted him, ousting him from his suit. Seint Alban requests that he is able to have remedy for these distresses and oppressions.

He should sue before those justice assigned to hear and determine 9oyer and terminer) the complaints of all those who wish to complain against Aune.
