Carbonel shows that Despenser held certain lands from him in the manor of Wicken Bonhunt, which Carbonel claims as his escheat by Despenser's forfeiture after the king has had a year's waste. Carbonel requests that the king grant him the year's waste for a reasonable fine.

Note
